Drains in bathroom were severely clogged. Didn’t get a response via their email and website messaging but only through booking.com. Would have appreciated check-in, check-out and parking instructions.
GBGBThis is a really nice apartment over two levels with a sauna on the top level. The apartment was very clean and the location was very central.
The check in experience could really be improved. It would have been good if someone could have met up and shown us how things worked etc or at least left a page with some information instead of us having to text the host multiple times about parking, about the air con, about breakfast etc. The air con was set up for heating rather than cooling so our first night there wasn't good. We couldn't adjust it ourselves and the host needed to do it remotely. The breakfast was fairly limited - eggs, melon and pastries.
USEverything. The suite with sauna felt like a luxurious experience at a reasonable price. The facilities were so nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the sauna was an amazing touch. We didn’t want to leave. Pablo was an excellent host who delivered us breakfast each morning and was always very quick to respond to messages.

GBPablo Whatsapp-ed us and we arranged a meeting time. Having shown us around he then drove with me to the car park which was just 4 minutes walk away. The breakfast was left outside the door at an agreed time. It was simple but tasty and all you need after some excellent dinners in Haro.

AUAbsolute luxury, spacious, beautiful decorated, quiet and private, such a great escape with spa bath and sauna in the room. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch and so reasonably priced. Also walking distance from the station district and town square!

USLocation was great. Pablo was extremely helpful and attentive. Our bed was a little hard, but was ok.
NZThis was a great stay in a very roomy apartment in a great location. The breakfast was very good and our host was very helpful. The location was excellent and we got a park in the street 50 meters away.
