Belle camere in una struttura storica in posizione centralissima, personale molto cordiale e veramente disponibile.

C'erano alcuni dettagli inizialmente non proprio all'altezza delle aspettative, ma il personale se n'è preso cura ogni volta: La porta del terrazzo si apriva male (sarà risolto appena possibile), nei primi giorni c'era un odere sgradevole nell'atrio (questo purtroppo può succedere col vento da sud nel centro storico), mancava l'antizanzare (ma ci è stato procurato appena richiesto), l'acqua di cortesia mancava il secondo giorno (ma ci è stata portata su richiesta). In generale c’è ampio margine di miglioramento, sì per cura delle camere che per gli spazi comuni considerando che vuole essere un hotel a 4 stelle.

We were given a wonderful welcome by Isa and her team. This is a fabulous, modern, clean hotel with superb colourful decor and facilities cleverly converted in an old building in the very heart of the ancient city centre. Everywhere was a short walk including the cathedral, port area, superb bars and restaurants. Yet the hotel and the room were very quiet and cool and always welcoming. We were given a door entry code which was extremely useful for the times when reception was not staffed. Isa gave superb advice for our trip.

Although, there was a wide choice of pre-prepared cold dishes at breakfast, fresh fruit was limited however and orange juice, packaged yoghurt somewhat disappointing. Also visitors with mobility issues should know that there are rightly severe restrictions on traffic in this ancient city and therefore your taxi will drop you off at the nearest point (Placa del Pins) which means a five+ minute walk with luggage.

Very stylish. Communication about our arrival was excellent. Wonderful choice for breakfast. Friendly staff. Superb location.
