Staff didn’t know how to make menu drinks

This hotel was a modern, echo friendly meeting with nice breakfast, and restaurant and bar. Rooms were clean and the service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to variety of dining, shops, attractions, etc. very nice hotel, period. One item that needs change is the automatic light for the bathroom. If you go to bathroom in the middle of the night, the light would come on automatically and stay on for 5 min to shut off, waking your partner up, most possibly!!

The staff at reception was very helpful & friendly. Daniel James in restaurant was excellent. He went above and beyond to serve us & help us with finding our stops on the map, very helpful!

Great staff at reception, very nice and helpful. Room is clean and big as well as bathroom. Breakfast is awesome with large varieties.

Location is excellent, a few minutes to the metro. Great shops & cafes in the vicinity. Parking available next door for €22 per day. Rooms are on the small side. Beds are ok but a little budget style.
