CZThe brunch buffet was from 8 am until 1:30 pm which was super flexible and practical for us! We were there for a festival and we usually wanted to sleep a bit longer and didn‘t have to worry about missing the breakfast. There was a lot of variety to choose from. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and rooms stayed dark and quiet. The hotel is close to everything in Magaluf.
The check-in process was a bit confusing because you needed to install an app and then you got a code. But this code was not to open the door but there was no explanation given on what to do. At first we didn‘t get a room card to enter but then they gave them. The room cards stopped working several times during our stay so we had to ask reception to get a new card to be able to enter our room. The doors for the bedrooms and the bathroom didn‘t close well in our appartment.
