Super clean, super professional, young and friendly staff

Everything. Its absolutely amazing. The stuff is amazing. They made us feel welcome and at ease, they where super nice and kind with our kids, they went extra lengh to make us feel good, they even got me a surprise cake and kindles for my birthday. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed everything! Staff were very welcoming. The hotel is brand new, everything is fresh. Bathrobes, sheets, cosmetics and everything else high quality. Room had nice views to the sea and the valley. SPA was booked just for us two personally.

Beautiful hotel Lovely guy on reception. Polite friendly efficient helpful. Rooms are beautiful Spa area was amazing. We got it to ourselves. Loved that so much.

We came back from the spa to find our door open and two workmen doing building work with grinders on our terrace I was in a bikini and robe not expecting to meet anyone in my room. We also had to get ready to leave but more than that people being allowed in our room without our knowledge or consent was shocking. I had all my things out. It was non urgent work they were doing it was awkward and very unprofessional. They should never go in anyones room to do building work that should be carried out before or after guests are there. The annoying thing is the cleaner hasn’t been in by the time we got back at almost 12. But the builders were on the terrace. The manager at the time was very professional and helpful to ask them to Leave. Coffee cups and new coffee was only available on the first day. The breakfast was super super slow And super heavy in carbs. The bread was cold soggy and sweet and two inches thick. The poached egg was cold and despite asking for a well cooked egg it was super runny. It was horrible. The croissants were nice but I don’t eat much sugary things. The yoghurt bowl was also nice but I don’t eat yoghurt lol. I skipped brekkie the next day. They need to have more choice. It also took about 45 mins to get brekkie. It was so slow we missed the start of our booked spa at 10 am.

Excellent breakfast served by amazing staff

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Our room was a standard room with veranda again a good size and very private. the staff were very friendly and service was good. Spa and gym again where great. Definitely will stay again.
