Très sympa. Juste les chambres un peu petite et pas beaucoup de rangements pour les longs séjours c est compliqué. Lits confortables et au calme. Petit déjeuné complet mais aussi pas très varié lors de long séjour. Hôtel très bien situé nous avons tous fait à pied. Rooftop qui offre une jolie vue sur le quartier

Service 10/10. Staff members were professional, efficient, friendly and kind. Received a handwritten letter and given a complimentary cake mid-way through our stay which was thoughtful and a lovely touch and got complimentary water every day. Buffet breakfast was delicious, eggs were ordered to taste and there was other food a la carte. It’s gluten free friendly. Delicious gluten free bread served warm at breakfast and gluten free snack at lunch/dinner. The risotto at lunch was dreamy and the banana smoothie transported me to a beach in the Caribbean. It was off-season but nevertheless impressed at how smooth and quick the flow of service was. Cleanliness 10/10. Location 10/10. Las Setas is in front of the hotel, 1 minute walk to Las Setas flamenco show, 5 minute walk to Palacio de Las Dueñas, 14 minute walk to the Cathedral, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Hotel design 7/10. It wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again but a few things to note. Walls are a little thin, so avoid if you’re an extremely light sleeper however maybe on the top floors it would be less of an issue. Small things to improve functionality: to add an extra bin, there’s only one in the toilet, and a hook to hang the hand towel. The sink, toilet and shower are each located separately, you do get used to it but it is an unusual layout. The shower has a glass door so not much privacy, if you’re travelling with family or friends they’d have to not walk past the side it’s on. The double glazing is excellent though did not hear any noise from outside. Overall a great stay!

El personal con el que tuvimos relacionamiento se portó maravillosamente, diría que memorable atención del personal de recepción, restaurante, etc. Una elevada y notable empatía a ayudarnos a resolver dudas y problemas que se nos presentaron que no tenían nada que ver con el hotel, ejemplo una situación con el Renfe. Ese personal vale oro...felicitaciones!!!

Excelente servicio, la habitación impecable, el desayuno muy bueno y gran atención de todo el personal. Nos atendieron 6 personas diferentes a lo largo de la estancia y todos nos dieron la mejor atención, recomendaciones también. Sin duda regresaremos pronto.

Great hotel. New and clean and in a great location.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, seul petit bémol, un soir nous avons tenté de dîner et le repas n'était pas extraordinaire... mais de toute façon nous avions prévu de manger à l'extérieur toute la semaine donc pas de souci pour nous !
