Personeel was aardig.

Van te voren was er besproken om een kamer te krijgen met twee aparte bedden. Bij aankomst hadden we een kamer met een groot tweepersoonsbed. Om dat op te lossen kregen we een kleinere kamer, zonder tegen vergoeding maar wel met twee losse bedden in het minder grote en luxe complex. Veel lawaai en het is gehorig. Bedden erg smal je rolt er zo uit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very negative experience. After checking out, the hotel attempted to charge me for damage to the room that was already present during my stay. I was not informed of any issue at the time of check-out, and no evidence has been provided to show that I caused the damage. I have requested proof showing the condition of the room before and after my stay, but so far this has not been properly addressed. This situation feels very unfair and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that anyone staying here carefully document the condition of their room upon arrival. Disappointing experience overall.
