Eerste indruk personeel: ze waren druk met andere zaken en niet met ons als gast. Voorbeeld: er was geen oogcontact bij binnenkomst. Wij moesten de receptiemedewerkers vragen om in te checken. Het zijn de kleine dingen die er toe doen.
