Please note that if you arrive at the property outside of reception hours, it is mandatory to go through the web check-in process in order to obtain the access codes to enter the apartment. Reservations of five rooms or more may be subject to different policies and supplements. Children under 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing existing beds. Primus Suites reserves the right to send guests detailed payment instructions, which may include a link to a secure payment platform. Please note that the property is accessed through the "Entrance by Avenida de Fernando Abril Martorell".This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
