Everything but the restaurant staff.

The conduct of the lobby restaurant staff was alarming and should be investigated by hotel management. We were traveling with two babies, yet staff repeatedly ignored us while spending approximately 35 minutes arranging spoons at empty tables. Even after we approached them twice and asked for assistance, nobody took our order. When a menu was finally brought, the employee threw it onto our table, immediately turned away, and ignored both of us as we called after him to explain that we only wanted coffee. This did not feel like ordinary slow service; it felt deliberate, humiliating, and completely unacceptable for a hotel like this. As business owners and parents, my wife and I were surprised by the lack of basic professionalism and respect.

The hotel has a modern look to it's decor. The room was very spacious, clean and well designed with a very large bed. Although the bathroom is small it is well thought out and totally in marble. The aircon was effective and quiet. The lounge/dining area is very comfortable and breakfast offers a wide range of choices to a very high quality. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Estimar.

There was very little to not like about this hotel.

A charming and cozy hotel conveniently located near Valencia’s main attractions. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was quiet, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast selection could have been more varied.
