Brand new structure. The rooms are air tight with no a/c so it's a little uncomfortable if you have a room facing the sun like mine. Staff were not always available at the front desk when they were supposed to be. Because of this I would knock off a few points but it is just minor.

A lot of opportunities, Clean and modern rooms! You can Open the window only a small range! At first I had to make a reclamation, so Ive got a room that was actual cleaned before!

J’ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable, le personnel très sympathique. Très bien situé près des transports en commun et de différents commerces. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.

It's not too far from various points of interest if you don't mind walking a bit. In exchange you have a very comfortable studio apartment.
