Colorful Apartment in Warsaw by Renters

Starting with wrong description, this is not 57 m apartment, this is an attic adaption so both bedrooms are so small and low we need to walk very carefully. 4 adults for for nights was only 3 towels provided, they delivered literally 1 towel still missing a few what was promised. I emailed them maybe at least 8-10 emails being totally ignored. The apartment was on 8 floors the elevator reach only 7 th floor so you need to climb another floor ( we have 5 big suitcases and my mom is 84 years old). For that reason I would never consider it renting out the apartment. Also the stove only one burner was working, bathroom was smelly like a mold . Only one thing was location nothing else. I really don’t know how they expected 4 adults for 4 nights can keep reusing the same towels, kitchen was completely lack of anything to dry the dishes or hands ( we purchased paper towels which gladly left behind for next guests) . Costumer service lack of any empathy.Look like they stuck in 1970 . Expedia try to help me which I really appreciate.
