Reception staff are friendly, location, billiards

I was looking spa which is closed. I have 2 kids total, they didn't give near by rooms, one room is not cleaned, in breakfast there is no milk, chocos, kids are not eating, kitchen staff are not good

Beautiful hotel with a personal touch. Friendly hosts and very clean, spacious rooms. Would stay here again. Good amenities onsite including pool table and a restaurant.
