You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to PLN 400 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Standard check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in is only possible by prior arrangement. If check-in after 20:00, please contact us in advance as we need to arrange how to hand over the keys. For arrivals after 20:00 there is an additional fee of PLN 50. For reservations made on the day of arrival, check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. For reservations that include New Year's Eve, a refundable damage deposit of PLN 500 is required. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment, as well as night silence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
