Cannella Suites Ubud - Ubud Center prime location

The Customer Service Manager, As an established and trusted online booking platform, I am confident that your esteemed organization selects its products and partners with great care before listing them on your platform. However, upon our arrival in Ubud, our driver encountered difficulty locating the hotel. When we finally arrived at the destination, we had to call the hotel, and a staff member appeared seemingly out of nowhere to assist us (please see the attached photo). It was still raining at that time, and I believe you will agree that the conditions of the hotel were completely unacceptable. Given the circumstances, we immediately decided not to check in and urgently searched for alternative accommodation, even though the price was double. Our disappointment is significant, and I trust that your organization will review this situation and ensure that all properties listed on your platform are properly prepared to serve guests. I kindly request a full refund as soon as possible for this reservation.

Really lovely hotel in the heart of Ubud. Staff was so friendly m, everything quite new and comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Unfortunately there was a construction side in front of the hotel. I know the hotel can’t do anything but it’s just so annoying. Could not really enjoy the pool and balcony. Side was sometimes going from early morning til late night. Otherwise a 10 start hotel!

Really great location, hidden away from a main street. Nice interior and pool area. They offered an alternative takeaway breakfast boxes on the morning of our sunrise hike. Very responsive whenever we had questions.

The airconditioning was quite loud, especially noticeable at night when we tried to sleep. We found a few small ants in the kitchen.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Pool area got some nice sunshine so was pleasant to sit out. Love that it had a smart TV & good wifi. Location was good as lots of places to shop, eat and drink around. Although close to everything it was very quiet so i slept very well.
