Perfect location, safe and clean

I found every aspect of the room to be utterly delightful

the was no heater

The Newlands Peak Apartment was in a great location for us, within a short drive of the V&A waterfront and with safe secure parking. The cafe within the apartment was nice and there is another cafe across the road. We felt safe at all times during our stay. The security was excellent and the apartment itself was perfect, two good sizes rooms with all the amenities and moderm with good WiFi. Woudl recommend.

I like staying here on business in Cpt as it is very central and the security measures are quite strict. Lovely apartments for 1 or 2 night stays when in the Mother City. The check-in was particularly exhausting this time around but it was a combination of factors and not really a reflection of any one particular aspect.

The property was perfect, clean, quiet and the staff very helpful and friendly.

It’s a value for money property but you get what you pay for. Lots of things were cheaply made and therefor broke. The backdrop of the motorway was awfully noisy and not pleasant to sit on the balcony. I’d suggest student accommodation would be better suited

This is a Beautiful property and we enjoyed our time. We hope to be back soon.

Felt very safe and was easy to get where we needed to go. We will probably only stay here if we were to visit again although they took part of our deposit for a stain that was there when we arrived.

We had a very pleasant stay at the property, a warm welcome from the staff, very helpful with sorting out the parking. All the appliances in excellent and clean condition. Allowed access to the work space available even after we've checked out. Thank you
