The lady who checked us in was nice and professional, but I just forgot her name. Keep her on the front desk for the good picture of the guest house.

But the lady who checked us out was unprofessional at all, she was drunk, she was drinking with other guests, after checking out, she didn't open the gate, she rushed back to drink with her buddy guests, we had to call in order for her to open the gate. That's not someone you want to keep to maintain a good professional picture of the company.
