The bathrooms aren't cleaned regularly, there isn't a lock in the shower room... Also they could put some outdoor furniture on the patio. There's nowhere to sit and eat.

The room was dirty, grimey and the furniture was damaged. The bed was rock hard and the sheets were dirty. The fittings were broken and it looked like the room had been abused. When I requested a refund, (as the photos didnt resemble the actual state of the room) the lady at the front desk said that they hadnt been paid by Booking.com and could action a refund. As it turns out that the cancellation fee was the FULL PRICE of my 6 night stay. So Booking.com protect the hotel at the expense of the client - enabling deception (catfishing)
