"DO NOT BOOK !!! Terrible experience"

Terrible property. The construction site is directly in front of the rooms. The workers can see in and often wave hello. The pool is ridiculously small and gets zero sunlight. The AC was the only good thing. It’s far away and hard to reach by taxi. I would not recommend staying here.

The construction is so loud and close the building actually shakes. There’s zero quiet until after sunset. If you only plan on sleeping then maybe ok. Terrible configuration and boxy. No flow. Much better value for money elsewhere! DO NOT stay here!

Nice modern place, clean, had everything I needed for my stay.

Construction work all throughout the day. There is no rice fields or greenery to look out to like it shows in the photos, it is literally construction work infront and behind building. Gojeks have lots of trouble finding the location.

Very little unfortunately.

The surroundings were poor. There was construction everywhere and there was even temporary housing built right outside that had people living openly only 3 meters outside the door. There were construction workers opens looking into the villa from their work site being highly so it never felt private. The room was dirty and a few things were broken. We hired a pool villa and the pool wasn’t working when we arrived and were told we’d need to wait 3 days to use it.

"Fantastic villa"

The property and staff were amazing. Very nice as it’s in a quieter area but easy to get a taxi nearby if you walk a bit. Facility and pool was nice. I was very appreciative of when I asked about where to get laundry done the staff just did it for me while I went out for a good price

Only negative is it is very hard for cars to get through but you can just walk 5 minutes to the main road

"Extremely disappointing."

Location was not good - very far away from anything to the extent it was difficult to get a taxi to pick you up

The staff were totally incompetent, spoke no english and did not seem to want to help at all.
