Beautiful cottage - 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms

Location opposite the park fantastic. Was warm and welcoming on arrival. Some of the head clearances and quirks of a 300 year old cottage took a bit to get used to. But could have easily stayed much longer

Only the electric showers but I understand that is part of staying in an older property

Lovely clean and comfortable house with everything you could wish for provided. 2 great pubs in 2 minute walk. Both great for food too.

Beautiful cottage, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. A very short walk to 2 good pubs and only a few minutes drive in to Bakewell. Extremely good communication from Mark and the extra touches were lovely.

Stunning cottage, excellent location. Good parking. Lovely welcome pack. Excellent amenities ie washing machine and dishwasher.

Mattresses very hard, only downside.

The cottage is absolutely lovely and provides everything you could possibly need. The village is charming and everyone was very friendly. The countryside is stunning and well worth the visit. Thoroughly recommended.

This corner house is in a lovely village near the pubs, church and river. Parking is good and location great for local walks to Monsal Head and for visiting this part of Derbyshire.

The south facing, rear yard is small but village green is opposite. I’m too tall for older houses but plenty of signs to remind you to ‘duck’.

A very spacious cottage in an excellent location. Some great walks on your doorstep and a good selection of pubs!

A lack of natural light, but the cottage is 300 years old so to be expected
