Was disappointed with the cleanliness of this property; clothing from previous visitors was down the side of one of the beds; several cigarette butts were left around the seating outside and large amounts of dust on surfaces such a windowsills, TV unit and storage unit in the lounge.

"First time stay in Saundersfoot. And will definitely come back."

A lovely house just up the hill from the centre of Saundersfoot. Nice quiet location. Great facilities. And loved the layout with the bedrooms downstairs ( a lot cooler ).

The little hill might be too much for some. But it was fine for us.
