"Property itself is OK, the hosting company CTHA unprofessional and unreasonable"

The property itself was okay, good location and view. I would however not stay here again, nor at any other CTHA managed property, due to the poor customer service received.

The admin with CTHA pre and after stay was a nightmare. We got contacted at awkward hours, was messed around with regards to payment methods for deposit. The cherry on the cake however was a week and a half after the stay when only R325 of our R1000 "breakage and key" deposit was returned to us. We had to follow up on this and was then informed by CTHA of a R675 deduction for two "stains", which can be seen in the pictures attached. I think we can agree that this is something which should of been taken care of with a proper cleaning included in the additional "cleaning fee". For some perspective, we've stayed at so many properties before with Bookings.com, including international trips, and never have we experienced deductions in deposits, especially for something as trivial as this. This hosting company needs to start treating their customers better...

Beautiful apartment ,with everything you could possibly need. It's central to major tourist points and feels like a home away from home. I can't wait to return.

Near city of capetown,no noise was very quiet

That I had to deal with many different people,each day was dealing with new person,meaning the host was new everyday,wish caused communication break down

Sound of waves The flat had everything we needed to prepare meals if we wanted. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Underground parking is always available for our car. I liked the location as well, not far from the city bowl nor other places of interest.

It would have been helpful if info on loadshedding was provided. Like the application to use and the area name.
