ZABeautifully decorated. Great view. Close to all shops and restaurants. Great coffee. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Very comfortable bed and great bedding incl blockout blinds. Reception kindly did an upgrade because hotel had space which was much appreciated. Everything was new and sparkling. Safe Parking.
There's one flight of stairs-should stairs be your challenge. All Good.

GBZAThe boutique is easily accessible, basically a walking distance to the mall and the beach and the highway in and out of PE. Less than 30min drive to the airport as well. The food is delicious and I would recommend it to individuals to couples, friends and including families. The staff members are friendly and available at anytime of the day or night.
The spa wasn't operational, if they may consider getting it u and running.

ZAZAThe room atleast had air-conditioned with heat & little bit private & the stuff was friendly enjoyed sitting in the pool area nice.
It called hotel,automatically i expect an easily accessibility to the room but the is no elevator we had to carry our luggage using steps, no microwave in the room for later if u want to use, if only in their tea maker they include sachets of powder milk not all like fresh milk with tea or coffee, they could offer more in their menu. We couldn't make use of spa facility it was closed not operational. Hope it can be much better and reach a Hotel standard as they call it.
