Affordability, quet and peacefull, accessable from the main roads and near the mall,restaurants and the occean.

The steps at the entrance of the family room its a bit unsafe for the small ones. One window had no curtain

The appearance and location

Not really a problem but hot water is slow though a gas heating system and because shower head is thin, water takes extremely long but not in the basin , tab etc.
