"The place is well maintained, loved the lounge and open kitchen in 1st floor the house keeping staff were very friendly"

The location and its safety.

The fact that i came across cockroaches on the foyer on two different days.. coming from the kitchen side was a turn off. I have even shown the receptionist

Availability of hot water throughout the day.

There are no carpets to step on when getting off the bed. It wasn't bad as it wasn't cold but for winter it may be a requirement. Bar fridge as well for own drinks in the room is not available. Kitchen is far and I was at a different floor.

The staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. What i especially love is the working space on the first floor. One can sit there the whole day to work, relax or even have meals there
