Beautiful Apartment with Pool, Parking and King Bed in Historic Cape Town City Centre

The apartment room has everything you need with all the amenities. Loved the style of the place. Very luxrious yet comfy feeling. I highly recommend staying here. Value for money.

The heating wasn't that warm as it read on the temperature stat. But was fairly okay. The bath takes a really long time to fill with water.

Although we booked for two days there was no cleaning service, the toilet had a bit of a problem, water flowing into the toilet the whole time making noise, i could not open the curtains because the opposite flat is a workplace so people can see what is happening through the windows

We had a bad experience at W303 Mandela Rhodes due to several issues. These issues included a delayed check-in, a dysfunctional parking tag, and an electrical problem that was not addressed. The only plug available for charging devices did not work. We reached out to the managing agents for help, but they showed sheer negligence and did not provide any support to resolve the issue. As a result, we felt abandoned and irritated. Therefore, I strongly suggest that potential guests reconsider their decision to stay at this location and explore other options that prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
