Central and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We had friendly staff on our arrival.

We had been on the road for 3 weeks and had a lot of luggage which we had to drag up 3 flights of stairs. I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work. There was also a damp smell from the bathroom or locked up room. We couldn’t quite locate the problem. On the day of our arrival I phoned the agent and held on for 40 minutes and then gave up. Thereafter I had about 3 different agents contacting me. It was frustrating having to deal with so many agents. They all didn’t seem to know what the other was doing. Very confusing.
