Golden Dawn Chalets

Waited for ages to get in property. No coffee, tea, milk or sugar in the room NO TOWELS OR SOAP! NOT EVEN HAND SOAP AT BASIN. NO WATER IN THE MORNING. COULDN'T EVEN FLUSH TOILET.

This place is a disaster. Old aged rusty interior, connecting doors to neighbouring room let us hear every word and smell their cooking. Mold in the bathroom. Slippery stairs are very dangerous if you need to bring your luggage during the rain. No towels, but I would not use that shower anyway.

Mr Hivesh is very sweet and kind. He allowed us to leave our car in the property as we were traveling to Cape Town. We fetched it upon our return. The property is a few minutes walk to the beach and I also loved the swimming pool.

I liked nothing about the place. There is nothing to like, despite closeness to the sea. .

The establishment must have been affected by recent floods in KwaZulu-Natal. The place is rundown and should not be on the Booking.Com database for bookings. Please remove it, more people can be saved from this. If you don't believe me conduct an investigation. If you do nothing your brand will be harmed. No reception Staff we got keys from a Security Lady, who would then lock us in. Who then has to be called when you need to leave the place. Breakfast was included in the price, not provided. This, because the facilities are not in place to cook.

Great value for money, spacious, good wifi and quiete. Rather secluded ifrom restaurants and shops if you dont have own transport

Stay was awesome. Room clean and service truly amazing. Highly recommended
