I enjoyed the spacious rooms with relatively modern furniture. The room had a working aircon and I really appreciated the staff who helped us carry our luggage up the stairs

The curtains and bedding was visibly stained and getting access in and out of the garage was tricky. Without picking at every detail, they can fine tune a few stuff to live up to the '4 star' hotel

Lovely spacious rooms. Honesty from management and everyday smiles from staff.

1st impression not very welcoming especially the parking . We parked in a garage which was more of a storeroom. However the staff accommodated us as best as they can . Rooms are very spacious and had a great shower.

When we checked in we were not informed about a birthday party on our third night which was a Friday night. On Saturday morning we were told that we cannot be accommodated in the dining room so breakfast will be brought to our room. This was scheduled for 9.30 am . We were made to wait till 11 .15 am without an apology until we decided to leave as we were traveling to East London. In my 20 odd years of traveling i was never this disregarded by any host . Most disappointed!!! Also I'd like to add that the room i booked was not allocated to me . Seams that some guest take take preference over others .

I didn't like anything because someone broke into my car, after I asked the security to park my car inside and he insisted that it is safe outside I should not worry since he moves around and the are cameras outside also,and that it is safe . When I requested footage in the morning, only to be surprised that the camera is not looking in the direction where my car is parked.
