Very comfortable bed

There was a party in the room near mine, and lot of noise. There was no shower gel. The sofas looked dirty.

Location, Security, WiFi, Bathroom, The views, The responsive Host.

The sofa had stains and the place was a little smaller than expected.

Bedding, down duvet and pillows were lovely The property was new and very modern Lorna was very helpful

Birds messing on the front verandah and verandah by door, very unhealthy. No bucket and mop supplied so we could not even clean Fan requested on booking, not supplied, Lorna had to source for us The couch and ottoman were very dirty, we put a blanket over to sit on. The couch also had a loose leg. Prepaid electricity ran out, we had to request top up twice No instructions on disposal of garbage, had to request from Lorna. No bags supplied Lamp did not work even after we purchased a new globe Lifts out of order three times, we were on the 5th floor We had to requested clean linen and then not all arrived, we slept without clean pillow cases Kettle broke had to request a new one

In general not acceptable

1.On arrival the facility was not cleaned yet 2.Kettel didn't work 3.Bedside lamp out of order 4.Very little coffee and sugar 5.Only one set of towels 6.Only two toilet rolls for 3day stalls 7.Cooking pot without lid and badly scratched 8.Breakfast bolle chiped We reported this to caretaker and no reaction.

Location was perfect
