Everything was perfect

It was not very clean the bathrooms are dated and there was no hot water in one of the showers. The shower drain was blocked. Toilet smelt in clean.

Spacious, lovely patio with braai and very comfortable rooms

Aircon did not work , smoke alarm flat and beefed all night ? many of the windows did not seal properly

Signage in the estate is not visible at night. also a bit small fonts so it would help to have slightly bigger fonts

Great location, unit was spacious and comfortable.

The diswasher wasn't working, the maintenance team didn't understand what to do so the cleaner came in the morning to wash them, not ideal. The bathroom shower was blocked , so we had to shower in a puddle of water. We arrived late Friday night and left very early on Saturday to the park so we didn't complain until Saturday night . Unfortunately, both couldn't be fixed. Ideally, the unit needs a proper check before the next visitors come in.

One big note of concern was that the air-conditioners were very poor and need a serious service....It was unusable...Temp was 36 C outside
