The nespresso machine wasn’t working

I liked that the place was accessible to everything including a mini market next to it. The furnitures in the room was modern and comfy.

The day before my arrival i was sent a link asking for a deposit of ZAR1000 payment which was refundable if nothing was damaged during my stay. I tried to use the link, but could not get the pin that was supposed to come to me to register me before i could make the payment. I messaged the property over and over again telling them of this issue. I asked if i could pay cash or by card on arrival, but they did not accept. The most dissapointing part about all this was that i reached the apartment lobby that night, and their last message was that without that payment of ZAR1k, i would not be able to checkin. Mind you, i had already paid over ZAR 9K for a 9 days stay, and i would not be able to checkin in a foreign country, in the middle of the night, for only1k outstanding! I was furious! They could have suggested sending someone to help me with this payment via the link. But they did not. I called them and had a go at someone. A nice bubbly lady came after to drop.me somewhere for me to make that payment, then checked me in. Based on this bad experience, i would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a noisy place with fighting on the street at night. The room has no AC which made it a bit uncomfortable at times

Never got any breakfast,didn't get dish cloth and the location is near shop however there are hooligans nearby,club making a lot of noise.

Noise from neighboring clubs,space is narrow but I must give credit to the staff.Very welcoming and the apartment wasn't that bad.I can recommend to some runners.
