"Frustrating 1st day"

The room was perfect

We had to wait for hours at the reception to be granted access to our allocated room.... it lacked professionalism.. the staff were not at the hotel, different agencies at the hotel....we booked for 3 nights however the manager from a different agency brought clients to view our room after our first night. clearly no communication between the agencies.Propr staff are not stationed anywhere near the hotel, one needed to contact them in order to access benefits, eg, wifi password and room keys. After all the place was perfect.
