We stayed in Tranquility. Our time there was mostly cold and wet weather, but the dome was nice and warm. There is a gas heater in the room. Area was spacious and we were able to put the patio table and chairs inside the dome for meals. The view is magnificent. Mike was quick with answers to any enquiries we had and he was quick to respond when we were battling with the outdoor baths hot water. (It was our mistake and the water was hot). We were able to use the bath one afternoon when the sun came out. The bedding and pillows felt very luxurious and warm.

We like self catering. Sitting together making a meal. The kitchen is big enough for 1 person at a time, and there wasn’t a sheltered area where we could put the table and chairs outside to prep food or to eat. This is not an issue if you are not planning to just braai or will be eating out at the fantastic restaurants in the area. I would love to go in summer. There was no way to shelter the outdoor bath from the cold wind

Everything was perfection. Not a single detail missed

I didn't like the fact that we had to leave and return to 'the real world'

The environment was extremely therapeutic and mike and sandy were absolutely amazing

We loved the location and views. So wonderfully isolated and such a special experience to lie in bed and watch the sunset and the stars through the dome. The hot tub and hammock were also fabulous. Mike and Sandy are terrific hosts and really make you feel welcome.

The gravel roads to get there are very rough, so having an SUV or all road vehicle is definitely advised. The eco toilet is definitely more eco than expected . In the middle of the day it got very hot and there was limited shade and seating outside - while inside the dome was just too hot. We loved the concept and know it’s a newish venture - and with some more shade cover, a tad more privacy for each dome and some more comfortable outside seating, with a larger table for drawing or playing games, this place would be an absolute winner!
