This is a little gem. Beautiful setup and the dome is awesome. Unbelievable view. Very friendly hosts.

The dome is very cold in winter with no electric blankets. The temprature in the dome during the night was a bit uncomfortable, should be awesome in summer.

As avid campers and overlanders, it was welcoming to stay in the dome and see the stars from the bed. Outside bath tub was fantastic and kitchen had everything we needed. Braai was also well situated and perfect for our requirements.

The weather didn’t play its part halfway thru the stay, but were content and cosy.

The eco domes concept is exciting and something different. The attention to detail is amazing and the little touches are really special. Everything was available to us of what we needed and fuss free. I spent most of my time on the outdoor hammock catching Vit D and reading The outdoor bathtub under the sky with a glass of wine felt like a movie. The hosts are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home but they are easy and non invasive... they made us feel at home. As well as their special doggies.... The views, the energy of the farm is calming. We absolutely loved our stay. We also had an aromatherapy massage by the local masseuse as well as went on a hike with an expert. The hike was longer than I had anticipated so take some snacks (you can request a shorter hike too) but absolutely happy about that and loved it. Went to the Famous Postkantoor restaurant afterwards for a hearty meal. All so divine.

I liked everything.

Everything was perfect! The views are spectacular. The dome is beautiful and cozy. The little kitchenette had everything we needed and the tub was such a treat. Thanks Mike and Sandy for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

It was a lovely Glamping experience. The dome is situated on a beautiful plot, surrounded by nature. It's winter, so it was cold... but as the wind was battling, the Dome stayed out of that fight, lol. It's such a sturdy, comfortable space. Romantic, and the gas heater came in very handy. We could rest, listening to the sounds of nature, and witness the sun's dramatic exit. Pure bliss. Mike and Sandy have poured themselves into it. Making it truly eco-friendly. Mike and I spoke about the build, the process, and the Why. Communication was effortless, and we were hosted really well.
