"Beautiful but could be better."

The location was perfect, the house was clean. The agent was available all times for any assistance. Though small but the interior design is everything.

Only 2 small mirrors available, no large mirror. TV was not playing. 10am check out time too early. Neighbour too close by, can literally hear everything.

The look of the estate is beautiful.

The facilities for self catering are at a bare minimum considering the unit size. There is not enough refuse bags, cleaning rags, or bowls. The clear distinction of guests and property owners. Having accommodation in an estate that is mixed with property owners really doesn't provide the best of experience

Premium accommodation

You can hear every word of the neighbors conversations. WiFi on the tv didn’t work. I messaged Propr about the issue and instead of sending someone to fix it, they tried to make it my issue to troubleshoot the problem. Gas braai outside didn’t work. Broken glass found on top of the shower head and on the couch.

Beautiful apartment, like the feel, look the austetics. Space amazing. Stunning leasure area plus club house.

The weather was bad hence couldn't enjoy some of the facilities. Place has a drainage problem especially the kitchen sink as reported. Lick on the wall. Drainage in the shower as water takes a while to be drained. One room has no reoomte control for the air conditioner plus the middle room remote control has dead batteries. The access codes were an issue for gathering access till had to call the booking agent.
