My family and I booked this holiday well in advance. After booking,there was lots of paperwork had to be done with the agent in terms of signing paperwork and included copies of id's if every person that would be staying at the property for the 2 nights. All was sent and confirmed the booking with a confirmation number as well as a pin code for the keys to the property.Everything was confirmed from booking.com until an hour before I arrived at the property. I contacted the agent asking for a 5 digit access code that I needed .The lady again confirmed the booking and said that she will send me an email.So I waited withy family and the email stated that the booking was cancelled. That was it. I called again and the agent said that she will have to call booking .Com and update me. The guard to the entrance of the property informed my family that the cleaning service was not allowed to enter the property on Sundays, so all stays were cancelled. I waited outside the property for approximately 2 hours without any update from the agent and booking.com.I travellled almost 2 and a half hours to go on holiday and made bookings at other venues as well for our stay. I then called for an update and all was said that they apologize for any inconvenience and try and will try and get somewhere else to accommodate my family and will update me.AGain I waited for about an hour and a half no update.i called again and was informed that they cannot assist any further ...I need to cancel my booking and book.again and find alternative accommodation. Then I received a call from a male agent from booking for come who said there is nothing he can do from his side to accommodate my family .but cancel our booking.While ibwas talking to him and telling gim taht ibdo not have extra money to find an alternate bookin as this accommodation costed me almost R6000,and besides that no one has money jus like that...he jus cutvthe call in me ,I absolutely disappointed...

A cockroach in the main bedroom on suit bathroom basin had a terrible smell Had to complete and read 20 odd pages to rent the apartment for 2 nights it was a process

It offered everything we needed especially for self catering

Code assess issues especially if you are going to request Uber

It was so nice. Well furnished and kids friendly

Another bedroom door leading to the balcony was not working. Water disruptions two days without any prior notice.

House was very nice 💯 , peaceful and swimming pool, we enjoyed.

Monkeys because we scared of them.

Great location, very close to shops and all the beaches. Maybe you can add a recommendation list of restaurants close by especially for when the guest arrives late. The experience and amenities in the property were great. 😊 😃 😀
