Room 102 was a bad choice but we were given it was not our choice, the kitchen machines next to it makes a lot of noise. We tried to complain they said it will go off at 21:00 meaning whole day we had an annoying noise. Plus as a guest you not free at all to enjoy the place with the pool, when you try to do this they stop you on some NO you can’t be here at this hour mxm boring place. We were almost not checked in they wanted identifications, Lord what happened to communicating all the requirements on time. There was one ID in the car by mistake and they didn’t care, we were almost not checked in if we couldn’t find means to get hold of another ID. I was so annoyed 😠. We travel so far to relax after paying a lot of money for that place, to get that kind of a treatment. The parking is soooo SMALL and is really that bad trust me. I’ve traveled many places before but this one takes the cup for disappointing it to a point that all the good things were no longer noticeable. For a new place we have expected better service.
