"A lovely place to stay"

We loved the location of the lodge.. Being in Hoedspruit Wildlife's estate, it was great to be able to walk about to see animals. Even some impala could be seen for our windows. It was very private and surrounded by bush but only a 20min walk to supermarket and eating places. We loved the outdoor shower and small private pool. It was very clean and a great place to stay in Hoedspruit . If it's hot weather I would suggest having your own vehicle, though taxis are readily available .

I wish there had been more lighting...especially where the tea making facilities were located. It was very hard to see at night. Also, outside, if cooking a braai, there was also not enough lighting for seeing to wash dishes etc.

The place was exceptional! Lovely host. She met up with us upon check in and clearly explained the rules and regulations of the place and also gave out information if we needed to do any activities or restaurants. The place was clean, from the pool to the braai area. However the place could use a two plate stove since it is self catering. There’s also no microwave to warm up leftover food, but that didn’t ruin our experience! Definitely going back. 🤩

10/10 :) what a lush experience! It was really special to be so close to all the animals in the Hoedspruit reserve park.

"Good times"

Martha was the perfect host. Facilities were some of the best we have encountered on our South African trip. The room was spacious and beautifully decorates and the small pool was a saving grace in the hot weather. Highly recommended.

"Superb"

Very nice house, comfortable and clean. Location in a wildlife reserve was nice. We recomend this place to evereyone who want a tranquil place but close to shops and restaurants

"Hoedspruit Game Park"

Big comfortable bed. Nice chalet. Game walking all over the property and free self game drive with animals near to the car.

No cooking facilities, just braai outside.
