We asked for assistance and the receptionist told us that our booking was private and we should contact the Booking.com. We just waned to know how to turn on the air conditioning and asked for toilet paper. The answer was not good :(

The location was perfect, and the staffs was very helpful and I was able to get any stuff I wanted because it was in a good location in town

There was not enough utensils in my room I didn’t have a spoon and plates but it’s all good I managed to find my way out

Location good, quiet area neat clean street.

maybe take into consideration supplying little bath soaps, coffee and sugar jars were empty. Everything else on point.
