The combination of a well-maintained garden and clean communal areas really enhances the enjoyment of gatherings. Thank you to the owner for allowing me to braai.

The room was cute but did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness, with leftover items from previous guests, including coffee in the sugar pot, open teabags, and a headband with a hankerchief in the wardrobe. The bathroom was basic and did not match the imagery or description provided in the booking. I did not know that there was no fridge in the room. The small communal bar fridge in the passage was often full, causing inconvenience, and I had to store milk and drinks in my room. Room Amenities could use improvements. Empty bottle amenities bathroom. A suggestion for a little bit of fresh fruit and not canned fruit for breakfast.

Marita was a great hostess, she made our stay very comfortable and she was helpful and accommodating.

Needs a bit of TLC in the rooms / bathrooms Continental breakfast must maybe be mentioned, we were expecting a hot breakfast

Only the bed could be bigger Walkway towards rooms is a bit uncomfortable. Ontherwise very nice clean and beatifull bathroom

My room was cool and quiet. Very friendly and helpful Host lady. Easy check-in nad great breakfast included.

Thefre was nothing that I did not like

Beautiful room, very nice swimming pool in a beautiful garden, close to the Kasteelberg, restaurants and wine estates in the area and the breakfast was delicious. Very good value for money.

The breakfasts were excellent and we enjoyed a whole day at the pool area which was beautiful and clean with comfortable lounge chairs and big, soft towels. There was a lovely shade area as well and fantastic bird life. It was soothing, calming and very relaxing.

Marita was great with communication, and was very accommodating allowing us an early check in so that we could explore the town. We loved the pool. Just be careful with smaller kids, it doesn’t look deep but it’s mostly 6 feet deep. Breakfast was a yummy and delightful surprise. We really enjoyed the stay. Just an awesome home away from home

The rooms and beds were smaller than anticipated, but we were still comfortable. We expected a queen bed in the deluxe queen room, but it was a double bed.
