Super ligging, op loopafstand van het strand. Mooi schoon hotel!

Location, concept of the room (bad realization)

Staff was very very rude and just didn’t cared about us as paying customers. The lavatory smelled very strange like “sh*t” as the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel. Also the water came out in every direction, which made washing the hands almost impossible. The room also had a few malfunctions, like the stairs, that were broken and did an annoying sound when you would climb the stairs. The staff was actually the most disappointing thing during our stay. Our check in and with that “entering the room” was on paper able from 2pm on. Arrived on 1:55pm, they told us the room isn’t ready yet. 2 hours later after we came again, they told us give us 5 more minutes. In the end we could enter at 4pm, but they didn’t gave an explanation nor apology for the circumstances… They were rude on top of that The dinner was okey in the hotel, while the breakfast was very bad and not wat to expect for the price payed. We would not come back.

Only complaint is walls appearing to thin
