I worked remotely from here for a week. The bedroom well equipped and comfortable. The staff and service was great.

The property is affected by load shedding and most importantly the Internet goes down as well, so working from there becomes impossible. I had to work from nearby Neighbourgood Hill. This place also lacks power plugs in the outdoor work areas. A small desk inside the rooms would be helpful for private work meetings. My impression is that at Romney as well as Hill, where I used to work due to load shedding, there are too many tourists, which creates a weird vibe with families with kids at the pool between a few working digital nomads. I wish they had some kind of membership in place like Outsite does which limits the number of tourists. There is no cafe at Romney. The one at Hill has a very strange menu but the Cushty cafe nearby is okay. Not a lot of food options around, next supermarket is a 10 minute walk away.

Très bel accueil, consignes bien écrites et très beau cadre pour passer quelques jours. Situé à quelques pas de Green point. Emplacement idéal et secure. Très bon rapport qualité/prix
