"bad terrible no consideration for te money we have paid to stay there!"

absolutely nothing, from their food, to the stay in the rooms, they have no consideration of the fact that it is winter, cold summer sheets, no enough blanket, everything is blamed on loadshedding, water is cold, we couldn’t bath nor shower, just terrible, no working plugs, generators broken … a shortage of supply of type of food they have on the menu, this hotel doesn’t make effort to give guests a bearable stay!
