Great hotel in a fab location of Manchester. Staff are lovely & friendly. Plenty of options available for buffet breakfast.

Used the shower in the room, you get a small towel like mat to put on the floor. The bathroom ended up saturated with water & condensation throughout the whole room. The sink in the room wouldn’t drain properly due to a thick black build up in the waste pipe.

Great hotel in an excellent location in Manchester city centre. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Manchester Victoria railway station and the National Football Museum are only about a 10-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a short city break in Manchester.
