"2nd night was much better than the first"

The staff were lovely and very helpful. They changed my room for me for my 2nd night after issues with the 1st room. The 2nd room,Signature was perfect. Clean, quiet and nicely laid out.

The public hair on the bedside table! The first room smelt mouldy, the windows did not keep any sound out from the street below and there was bar music until after 11pm. I had requested lower floor, quiet and clean. I got disgustingly dirty, floor 5 and so much noise 😒
