B&B HOTEL London Heathrow

ideal location for 1 night sleep

Breakfast options in add on package were great with a good range of food. Rooms were pleasant but could have used a better vacuume and kettle and glasses that were provided were not the cleanest. Bathroom is dated but functional.

We were leaving too early for breakfast so the kitchen wasnt open, but very nice chap on duty offered to make coffee and find a muffin etc It was a great room for the money and regular buses to the airport if you needed it, very close to long stay parking Maple I think.

Check In was ridiculous, despite 2 members of staff (both lovely and very helpful )we had to check in on a computer kiosk and enter a ridiculous amount of information - very arms length start to our stay. I can understand having it as a back up when busy but not compulsory - Hotels are a service industry after all ! Parking instructions were not clear and it was first come first serve and for safety hubby used google maps to find alternative booked parking - as he didnt want to be left without parking. He found and booked parking across from the hotel for overnight - BUT IT WAS LOCKED AT MIDNIGHT AND DIDNT OPEN until 11am the following morning - had we not spoken to the pub owner we would have missed our flight !!!!! (Pub owner said to park just outside the pub) Not directly relevant to hotel but dont want anyone to get caught out.
