Made a booking the day before and turned up with my party and to be told the rooms we booked was not available? Asked for a refund and they said contact booking .com? I explained I'd paid full price and wanted a refund! The guy said any chance of a discount?! Wow ! To be fair he gave us our money back in chash minus £6 but so glad we did not stay there! It feels more like an hostel than an hotel!

PLThe only thing I liked was that you can buy good food in the restaurant that is in the building and price for the room.
The location was average. We were given a room upstairs, so it was very, very hot, making it impossible to sleep. There was no fan in the room, the door to the room was extremely heavy and difficult to open, and the bathrooms were shared, the standard of a workers' hostel. Definitely an area in need of renovation.

GBThey say you get what you pay for and this was cheap for a reason, very poor quality dirty sink in room toothpaste on the wall no mirror no kettle noisy floor boards doors slamming, poor toilet and shower facilities. Definitely won’t be returning
