The parking

The bed was so uncomfortable, it was noisy we could hear the other rooms conversations. It was drafty the window was very poor and the drains kept making a really weird sound. The pillows were paper thin we had to use clothes to make it better.

Comfy bed, very clean room. Didn't try the food but it smelled amazing. Will stay again when visiting family.

Our 1st floor room had no frosted glass, blind or curtain up at the bathroom window which overlooked the road. The toilet was right in front of the large window. We spoke to the member of staff about this but he just said, well it's high up what's the problem. We weren't offered another room so I asked for a refund for 2 nights we'd booked as I didn't feel comfortable staying there. I was only given a refund for 1 night and had to book another hotel at short notice at considerable expense. I have complained to booking.com requesting a full refund.
