The Earl David Hotel is now a Nepali/Indian restaurant which also does accommodation, but no breakfast. The two evening meals I had were absolutely first rate. The room was clean and pleasant.

The room overlooked a main road, which was quite busy and, as the weather was warm it was necessary to have the window open. There was no curtain or blind in the en-suite bathroom, which overlooked the main road.
